Contingent Fees

Contingent fees are just that- contingent upon the results. There are no attorney's fees if there is no money recovered. The fees are based upon a percentage of the money obtained for the client.

No recovery, no fee.

I will take difficult cases and will fight the insurance companies as long as it takes. If this means working for a year or more without getting paid, that is what I  do. I don't get paid until the case is done. It may take two months, six months, or sometimes a year or more if suit is filed. But I don't send bills for my time, and I don't get paid until the case is closed.

There is no risk  the client will ever owe me money unless I collect recover for the client.
